It’s Earth Month this month and we have the perfect way to celebrate with our free April calendar. We’re calling this the Love Your Planet Challenge. On the left side of the calendar, you’ll see several ideas for practicing more green and sustainable habits. They include things like:
- Wash dishes by hand.
- Have a zero-waste lunch day.
- Use reusable food containers instead of plastic.
- Try to go paper free for a day.
This April calendar is perfect to give your kids or students. (It would make a great way to track progress if you’re using our Independence Kit, too.) All of these ideas are tasks kids can do 100% on their own. For more sustainable ideas, visit the Earth Day website. If you’re looking for just the list of the items without the calendar, we have that available, too. Just enter the form below, and you’ll get access to three printables—the 8.5 x 11 calendar, the 11×14 calendar, and the challenge sheet on its own.
