Okay, let's just get this over with. There's a new device out there -- a little pink speaker that you can insert into where your baby will be coming out of, thus allowing your fetus to hear your playlist sooner than would normally be expected.
It's called the BabyPod, and Parents Magazine has a description of it here. The product's premise seems to be that the sooner your child can start hearing your great taste in music, the sooner they're developing something or other: communication skills, vocalization, cognition.... You know, the usual neurotrash.
But it DID get us to wondering about the ultimate placenta playlist. Maybe:
