We’ve been putting out a new calendar each month to encourage independence, and for the July calendar, we’re focusing on getting outside. Here are some of the challenges you’ll find:
- Set up a tent.
- Build a campfire.
- Climb a tree.
- Ride your bike.
There are so great things to do outside, and they can all be wonderful ways to encourage independence. Even if you get outside with your kids, you can let them explore and discover on their own. This calendar is also part of our summer kit, so get it and other great printables right here. It includes a summer checklist and postcards as well. The July calendar is available in two different sizes. You can also get the list of things (without a calendar) by filling out the quick form below. Thanks and have fun getting outside!
