2022 Independence Challenge Contest Rules

Looking for tips for creating a great entry?

First a few basic tips. Photos should clearly show your child being independent on their own. Videos should be under 2 minutes, showing how your child is being independent.

With all entries, we want to see how your child is really growing, changing, and stepping up to take on new responsibilities, teach themselves something new, or having independent experiences without adult direction or supervision.

Let’s get to the rules.

We’re not big fans of rules, but, in order to have our contests, we have to provide some guidelines to you. Please read the following for the Independence Challenge Contest.

1 No purchase necessary. Making a purchase will not increase your chances of winning. The Contest is open only to legal residents of the United States who at the time of entry are eighteen (18) years of age or older and are the parent or legal guardian of the 4-16 year old child(ren) featured in the entry.

2 Let Grow (228 Park Ave S. #77212, New York, NY 10003) is the official Administrator and Sponsor of this program. Employees of Let Grow and its affiliated companies, subsidiaries, distributors, sales representatives, agents, advertising and promotional agencies, and the immediate families and household members (parent, spouse, child or sibling) of each are not eligible to win. The Contest is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.

3 All entries must be submitted using the online form at LetGrow.org by 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time on the 15th of August, 2022. Entrants must follow the entry instructions. All entrants must be legal residents of the United States of America with a current U.S. address for prize fulfillment. Prizes that require shipment will not be shipped internationally.

12 Let Grow reserves the right to condition the award of prizes upon the execution by the winner(s) of a publicity release. Notwithstanding this reserved right, entry is conclusively deemed to be permission by the entrant for Let Grow to use the entrant’s name (without compensation to the entrant) if the entrant is a winner to publicize the contest and otherwise, as determined by Let Grow, unless prohibited by law.
