Canadian School Account Manager

Position Summary:  We are seeking a bilingual (English/French) School Account Manager who will serve as the primary point of contact for schools across Canada. This role is ideal for a problem solver, critical thinker, and tech-savvy professional who thrives working independently, takes ownership of outcomes, and enjoys building strong relationships.

You will support schools in implementing Let Grow programs, providing onboarding consultation, resources, and ongoing guidance. As the first Canadian team member, you will play a key role in shaping our presence in Canada. This is a remote, flexible role, reporting to the U.S.-based leadership team, with occasional travel to staff retreats and conferences in North America.

Please note, this is not a traditional sales position and there are no commissions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with school administrators, teachers, and other key stakeholders through email and Zoom meetings.
  • Work closely with schools across Canada to implement Let Grow programs, providing training, support, and resources as needed.
  • Conduct regular check-ins with schools to monitor progress, gather feedback, and secure school year renewals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the successful delivery of Let Grow initiatives.
  • Identify opportunities for growth and expansion within existing school accounts.
  • Develop and execute strategies to acquire new school accounts.
  • Willing and able to travel 4-6 times a year for staff retreats in the U.S. and Canada and to represent Let Grow at trade conferences.

Qualifications:

  • Applicants must be legally entitled to work in Canada.  
  • Bachelor’s degree in education, business, communications, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 5 years teaching or school administrator experience is required, preferably in a private or alternative school.
  • Additional education leadership, training, or professional development involvement is a plus.
  • Strategic thinker with excellent listening, collaboration, and communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Bilingual in English and French (written and spoken)
  • Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders.
  • Self-motivated with a strong sense of initiative and the ability to work independently.
  • Tech-savvy, with competence in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
  • Passion for Let Grow’s mission and a commitment to promoting childhood independence and resilience.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working directly with schools or educational institutions.
  • Knowledge of child development principles and practices.
  • Familiarity with CRM software or account management tools is a plus.
  • Experience working remotely is preferred.
