#LetThem is an important practice where parents take a step back and really let their kids do things for themselves. Parents being less hands on helps kids develop independence and self-sufficiency. The #LetThem approach really aligns with our mission here at Let Grow, so we created a poster to share with all of you.

This poster gives several ideas of how you can encourage your child. It will also inspire you to build upon those ideas and come up with some of your own. It’s also a great poster for the classroom. Teachers can practice #LetThem with students and sit back and see all the great things they do.
